  • Space Assessment — We will start with an in-person meeting/tour of your property to discuss your goals for the space and begin listing what will be necessary to revive your place based on your timeline, objective, and budget. You will take the back seat and relax while we take care of the rest.

    Curation & Procurement — We will select, order, and receive decorative elements, additional lighting, paint colors (if applicable), wall coverings, and textiles to make your room pop!

    Preparation — After setting the installation date, we will schedule a professional cleaning and organizing service to prep the space before staging take place. These services will be selected and designed based on the size and current condition of the room and are subject to additional fees.

    Install Day — Depending on the size and number of rooms, we take one to five days to style a project. We will take care of deliveries, unboxing, installation, rearranging furniture, and decorating. Due to safety, work hours, and staff management, we require on all our installations, the property or room to be vacant.

    Time to Reveal — We will invite you for a revealing tour! We will show you your place all dolled up and answer questions you might have. It's a very rewarding experience for us both. We love seeing the clients in awe!

    • In-Person Space Assessment

    • We will be responsible for curating the pieces, procuring and arranging delivery dates. (Only design services are included in this plan, the item prices are not included and shall be paid by the client up to a week before the installation Day)

    • Custom Design

    • Up to 5 days of Staging (based on the complexity and size of your space)

    • You have up to 3 product swaps per project.

    • Follow-up Meeting (free of charge up to a week after final reveal)

    • Mood boards, floor plans, 3D renderings, technical drawings. (These services can be added upon request and are subject to availability and additional fee).

    • Our Style Revival plan is meant to be budget-friendly and time effective. Any design documentation or client approval requests would increase the time frame and, consequently, the prices for the deliverables. Therefore, if you want to be involved in approvals and decision-making, we suggest opting for our All In Design plan.

    • Returns of unwanted items. If you are unsatisfied with an item and want to exchange it for a different item, you have up to 2 days to request a product swap. You have up to 3 product swaps per project. Swaps are subject to item availability and handling fees such as assembling, packaging, and shipping.

    • The following services are not included and are charged separately (if applicable to your project):

      • Cleaning and organizing services

      • Electricians and other contractor’s labor

      • Wall cover installation or painting services

      • Waste management and or removal

  • Listening to our clients is fundamental to reviving a space based on their goals, use, and budget. Once we understand our client's needs and have a complete picture of what better suits the space, we start carefully searching for the pieces with those details in mind.

    We will be responsible for listing, purchasing, scheduling, and receiving most of the decor deliveries for your project. This way, our clients can relax and enjoy while we take action to make your space come back to life!
